Reportedly An unidentified hacker posted Indian National Anthem (Janna, Ganna, Manna..) as a background music and left an Independence day greetings on the website on August 3rd 2017 at 1500 Hrs. In just a short while the website was restored to its original content again.

Ahead of the Independence Day of India.
Earlier, in the month of April, the official websites of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh, and many more sites were hacked.
A team called “PHC” claimed responsibility for the hacking of the website and left the message “Pakistan Zindabad” on the home pages all the websites. The hacking was “in response to Code-Man’s hack of railways.gov.pk.” claimed the hacker.
Well, now it is to be noted that the hacking of the Pakistan Government Website may have been because of the aftermath retaliation of the incident that occurred last. Yet nobody or Individual has made the claim of hacking the Pakistan govt. site until last reported.
This is the second time that the Pakistan govt. website was hacked. Two months earlier at least 30 Pakistani websites were hacked to retaliate against the death sentence given to an Indian Citizen, an Indian Navy Kulbushan Jadhav on charges of espionage and subversive activities.
From the time of the hacking that took place with the Pakistani Govt. Website, there was not a single response from the Foreign Office, Islamabad and the high commission of Pakistan in New Delhi.
